Advice on complaints and disputes

　Professional counselors and lawyers, who are well versed in the various laws pertaining to subcontract transactions, sympathetically provide advice and present specific solutions to various problems occurring in business dealings.

Alternative dispute resolution（ADR）

　We provide “alternative dispute resolution” （ADR） on request. Third parties （lawyers） assigned by the Center work to resolve disputes quickly and simply through mediation from a fair and neutral standpoint.

Seminars on fair subcontracting practices

　・Education and awareness-raising by professional counselors
　Professional counselors, who are well versed in the Act against Delay in Payment of Subcontract Proceeds, etc. to Subcontractors and in the Guidelines for the Promotion of Fair Subcontracting Practices, travel to businesses to conduct briefing and counseling sessions.
　・Education and awareness-raising through seminars
　We hold seminars and lectures that explain the relevant laws and regulations in detail.
